Right to Manage Qualification Test

(1) Does your building contain at least 2 flats?
(2) Do common parts of the building take up less than 1/4 of total floor area?
(3) Do 2/3 of the Leaseholders in your building currently have more than 21 years to run on their leasehold?
(4) Are at least 1/2 of the Leaseholders in your building interested in the Right to Manage process?
