This service is intended for usage only with English leasehold flats/apartments. If your property does not meet these criteria, you should not purchase this service.
For professionals including commercial freeholders, solicitors and agents the above cost is per property managed. Ensure thay you adjust the quantity purchased within Paypal to suit requirements.

Online Access to the Service Charge Law Pack
Access to the service requires individual purchase of unique login details to enable access to Pro-Leagle's secure server. The licence granted by this purchase enables usage of the service by a single individual/organisation, or their designated legal representative. The service may be accessed from multiple computer terminals at different geographical locations. Pro-Leagle's Service Charge Dispute Analyser may not be used to provide commercial products or services to third parties. If you require a commercial licence of this kind, please contact Pro-Leagle.
Storage of Personal Information
Pro-Leagle keep full digital copies of all Service Charge documents prepared using this service. These will be identified by a timestamp, the client username and the client IP address. These records are kept to facilitate client administration issues and to enforce the terms of this licence. Personal data contained in these documents will not be used for any purpose other than those specified. Pro-Leagle are data protection registered (No. PZ8937074).
Governing Law
The terms and conditions of usage of the Service Charge Dispute Analyser shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
