September 2008: Pro-Leagle appointed as a major provider of licensing assistance to Chinese businesses throughout England & Wales.

Pro-Leagle have teamed up with Chinese Business Support to provide legal assistance for licensing applications, representations and appeals nationwide.


July 2008: Pro-Leagle awarded the Envibe Silver Award for Environmental Business Excellence.

Pro-Leagle are officially recognised by Croydon Council as an environmentally friendly company who are "clearly demonstrating...environmental commitment".


June 2008: Pro-Leagle sponsors cash prizes for the 2008 "My South Norwood" Photography Competition. Prizes were presented by Malcolm Wicks, labour MP for Croydon North and Minister for Energy.


Prize Giving

From the 18th to the 22nd of June 2008, South Norwood (London) hosted the Portland Arts Festival organised by the People For Portland Road residents association. Two competitions were run in advance of the festival - a poster competition for kids and the "My South Norwood" photography competition for all ages. Pro-Leagle were proud to act as sponsors for the photography competition and awarded cash prizes to the winners at the at the Portland Arts Festival fair, Sunday 22nd June. Photos of the prize giving ceremony are available for viewing.


April 2008: Pro-Leagle adopt a green company car policy, in collaboration with Seltrans (South-East London Transport Strategy).

We are proud to announce that a 100% electric Vectrix maxi-scooter has been added to our fleet of sustainable company transportation.

From the 18th to the 22nd of June 2008, South Norwood (London) will be home to the Portland Road Arts Festival organised by the People For Portland Road residents association. 28th Feb 2006: Pro-Leagle's Director presents on Leasehold Extension issues to the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

On the evening of the 28th February 2006 Pro-Leagle's Director attended the annual dinner of the NAEA at the County Hotel, Chelmsford, to give a seminar introducing Leasehold Extension. One of the aims of the meeting was to raise awareness of Leasehold issues and how they affect the purchase and sale of properties.


26th Feb 2006: Pro-Leagle are highlighted by the Mail on Sunday in a Right To Manage article.


We're Taking Control

On Sunday the 26th February 2006 the Mail on Sunday published an article in their Property section on Right To Manage entitled 'We're Taking Control'. Pro-Leagle was highlighted by a previous Right To Manage client who stated "Pro-Leagle checked we were eligible to manage and handled the whole process. 14th June 2005: Pro-Leagle's website is nominated for a Royal National Institute of the Blind (RNIB) accessibility award.

On Tuesday 14th February 2005 Pro-Leagle's Director attended the RNIB 'Simply the Best' awards at Draper's Hall, London. Pro-Leagle's website has been optimised for those with sight difficulties and was awarded a top three position in the "Best Website" category of the RNIB Awards (2005).
