First-Time Licence Applications

Premises Licence and Personal Licence Application

• This service provides legal assistance with obtaining either a Premises or a Personal Licence. We will draft all the necessary documentation and correspond with your Local Council on your behalf.
• You are updated throughout the whole process.

Cost £205.63 inc. VAT each plus licensing authority fees.

 

Renewal of your Licence

Premises Licence and Personal Licence Renewal

• This service provides legal assistance to renew your Premises or Personal Licence. We will draft the renewal documentation and correspond with your Local Council on your behalf.
• You are updated throughout the whole process.

£205.63 inc. VAT plus licensing authority fees.

 

Amending your Licence

• This service is required if you have changed your name or moved premises and address.
• We will contact the Local Council on your behalf to amend your Licence.
• You are updated throughout the whole process.

Cost: £102.82 inc. VAT(usually one-half hour's assistance).

Licence Appeals

• This Service includes preparing all the necessary documentation to appeal against the Local Authorities decision, corresponding with all the parties involved and representation .

Cost: £150.00 (£176.25 inc. VAT) per hour.
