Personal Licence Applications:

In order to apply for a Licence from your Local Licensing Authority, you will need to:

• Obtain a National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders. Pro-Leagle offer a variety of services and products to help with this step.

Once you have obtained both the above Certificates you can apply to your Local Licensing Authority for a licence. Two passport sized photographs must be supplied with the application and one must be endorsed.

To obtain a Premises Licence from your Local Licensing Authority, you must submit your application with the following:

• Formal Agreement of the person specified as the 'Designated Premises Supervisor'.
• An Operating Schedule.
• A plan of the premises.
• Details of the activities to be licenced.
