Freeholder Tracing Service
- An absent freeholder may cause problems when you want to extend your lease. If your freeholder is absent and you want to proceed with extending your lease, you will need to at least demonstrate that you have attempted to locate your missing freeholder when you apply to the Court for an a lease extension Order.
- Pro-Leagle's tracing service will identify the owner of the freehold and their correspondence address. In the event that the freeholder cannot be found, Pro-Leagle will provide a certification document describing comprehensive search methods and advertisements used. Pro-Leagle will also discuss with you the ways in which you can proceed.
Cost: £176.25 inc. VAT per hour.
(Typically £528.75 inc. VAT).
Leasehold Extension Evening Presentations/Seminars
- Our Evening Seminars are designed to provide you with customised information on the leasehold extension process, including the necessary practical and legal steps you will need to take, the statutory timetable involved, approximate costs, precautions to bear in mind and the implications of lease extension.
- Your Seminar will last approximately one hour with a question and answer session at the end. All seminars are conducted by experienced, qualified solicitors.

Cost: £323.13 inc. VAT (This fee includes an Initial Valuation Report and travel costs).
