- Your employees should be competent, work carefully and industriously.
Your Duties
- You should behave reasonably in employment matters.
- You should practice good industrial relations and provide, for example, a written statement of terms of employment, including discplinary procedures and grievance procedures.
- You should pay your employees when you have agreed to do so.
- You should take reasonable care to ensure the health and safety of your employees.
