(1) Was the original term of your lease over 21 years?
(2) Do two-thirds of the leaseholders in your building have more than 21 years to run on their lease?
(3) Are at least half the leaseholders in the building interested in Collective Enfranchisement?
(4) Is at least 75% of the overall ground floor of the property made up of residential living area?
